Thinking Fast and Slow
This book was one that took me longer than average to read, that is because is full of great insights and practical wisdom.
Daniel Kahneman takes a new approach to explain the way we perceive the world. (Systems 1 & 2) and from that baseline develops a series of real life examples, scenarios and ideas that lead to profound conclusions related to our behavioral psychology.
I enjoyed this book to a great extent because every couple of pages you’ll find a great opportunity for analisis that is relevant to our everyday life, its filled with an ample selection of well executed experiments that outline patterns, biases and limitations of us humans when we make decisions (big and small). Hence helping us to understand the process better.
I highly recommend reading this book as well as the other works of Daniel with utmost confidence that it will be worth your time, it sure was worth mine.
